We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our attorneys in managing a diverse caseload in our growing litigation practice group. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the litigation process, conducting research, organizing documents, and assisting in trial preparation. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth.


Please note, this is an in-office position, Monday-Friday (8am-5pm).

  • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations.
  • Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and other relevant documents.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal correspondence and contracts.
  • Coordinate and manage document production, including e-discovery.
  • Prepare deposition summaries and assist in witness preparation.
  • Schedule hearings, depositions, and other court-related events.
  • Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and trial binders.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in court rules and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.Β 
  • Strong knowledge of legal concepts, procedures, and terminology.
  • Proficiency in legal research platforms and case management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work product.
  • Effective Β written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with electronic filing systems and e-discovery processes.
