About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Legal Third Party Risk Management team. The team's overall primary objective is identifying, evaluating, and mitigating the risks associated with the engagement of Law Firms and Non-Law Firm legal vendors, such as e-Discovery vendors. Failure to effectively assess, manage, and monitor risks related to the use of a third party may result in reputational, legal, regulatory, information security, and financial risk. We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead strategic initiatives critical to our organizational success. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of successfully driving moderate to complex initiatives from conception to execution.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead strategic initiatives with functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute on Legal Third Party Risk Management team and Third Party programs deliverables.
  • Develop actionable plans, track and resolve issues, and implement risk monitoring reporting, report progress and outcomes to leadership, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to inform decision-making.
  • Manage Enterprise Third Party Program requirements and priorities while interfacing with Legal Group Third Party Officer, key stakeholders, Business Groups and Enterprise Functions to drive operational excellence, risk management
  • Demonstrate thought leadership to strengthen relationships and influence business leaders and stakeholders to drive change.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leaders on implementing innovative and significant business solutions for highly complex risks associated with business operations.
  • Analyze Key Risk Indicator boundary triggers, identify root causes, and devise action plan to remediate.
  • Lead initiatives to mitigate highly complex current and emerging risks requiring in depth evaluation across multiple areas of the enterprise.
  • Review and analyze business challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives party engagements and identify opportunity for process improvements and control enhancements.  


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience Leading strategic initiatives with functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute on Legal Third Party Risk Management team and Third Party programs deliverables.
  • Experience Managing Enterprise Third Party Program requirements and priorities while interfacing with Legal Group Third Party Officer, key stakeholders, Business Groups and Enterprise Functions to drive operational excellence, risk management.
  • Adequate project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
  • Active listener with excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executive leadership.
  • Strong experience in the creation of strategic implementation, prioritization of initiatives, assigning work, execution, collaboration, management and resolution of risks and issues while ensuring initiative(s) are delivered within agreed timelines.
  • Independent thinker who brings initiative, creativity, energy, discipline, and commitment to the role.
  • Outstanding leadership, problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to anticipate risks and opportunities and turn findings into tactical and strategic imperatives.
  • Results oriented with outstanding ability to motivate teams and mobilize the resources to accomplish objectives.
  • Experience presenting to executive management and ability to articulate key messages around progress, risk, issues, organizational impacts, etc.
  • Leverage tools such as MS Project and Sharepoint.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint) skills.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
