Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Technical Business Partner to join our team.
This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively interact with clients, IT, and various business units within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage escalations efficiently. They will also be responsible for maintaining a list of tickets, escalations, and follow-ups, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Collaborate within IT and other Business Units to address and resolve Client issues.
- Understand IT infrastructure to provide effective support and coordination
- Manage escalations and ensure they are resolved promptly and effectively
- Maintain a comprehensive list of tasks, escalations, and follow-ups
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on the status of issues and resolutions
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Client support processes and enhance client satisfaction
- Proactively collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and align IT strategies with overall Business and Client goals
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization
- Work closely with the Client and Business Units to gather and document IT requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT teams
- Lead IT projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with project teams, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders
- Provide monthly reporting packages to the Client as well as the Business
- Effectively manage risk and uncertainty, build strong and effective relationships at all levels, proactively seek, and provide feedback, inspire others, and foster learning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with ticketing systems and escalation management.
- Client-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to present to internal and external audiences with executive presence which inspires confidence and trust.
- Ability to connect the people, process, and technologies required to deliver business solutions.
- Awareness of financial modeling as it pertains to technology investment using return on investment and value analysis.
