Identifying, analyzing, and preserving evidence is a critical part of helping our clients control the impact of a fraud event. As a Staff on our Discovery Services team, you’ll be right at the heart of that goal. It’s a role with far-reaching implications, so you’ll be working with stakeholders across industries with some of the most innovative tools available.

Our Discovery team is working with industry- leading eDiscovery technologies to develop innovative solutions to some of the most challenging information risk management issues around. Since we work with such a diverse portfolio of clients across industries, you can expect to take on a wide range of eDiscovery challenges, making this a great place to develop your technical and business knowledge.
Your key responsibilities
It's no exaggeration to say you’ll never be doing the same task for too long. You’re likely to balance your time between actively analyzing complex data and learning new eDiscovery tools and methodologies. It’s all about using your technical skills to resolve our clients’ needs from the front lines. That means thinking differently about the role of data analytics in the support of litigation and fraud investigations, and speaking up with innovative ideas that challenge the status quo
Skills and attributes for success
Take responsibility for high quality execution of specific parts of an eDiscovery engagement - Develop yourself by constantly seeking on-the-job feedback - Participate in multiple projects ensuring the work meets the client’s needs - Use technology to continually learn and share your knowledge with other team members - Nurture relationships with professionals in other service lines and seek opportunities to work together - Maintain a strong focus on the client and be responsive to their requests
To qualify for the role you must have
A bachelor’s degree and approximately 1 year of related work experience - Achieved, or be working towards a professional designation, such as CISA, CISSP, CISM,CFE, CFCE or EnCE - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize when working on multiple engagements - A proven record of delivering eDiscovery solutions to large, complex organizations
Ideally, you’ll also have
Knowledge of Relativity, Encase, or other document management/collection tools - Either a Juris Doctor (JD) degree or significant electronic discovery experience at a law firm or law enforcement agency
