About the role:

• Manage and deliver complex forensic analytics and AI projects for clients across various industries and domains.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions using advanced data analytics, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI techniques.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on forensic analytics and AI best practices, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, regulators, law enforcement, and forensic experts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand the forensic analytics and AI service offerings
• Lead and mentor a team of forensic analytics and AI professionals and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

About You:

• Extensive relevant experience in forensic analytics, AI, or related fields
• A master's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality forensic analytics and AI solutions in complex and challenging environments
• A strong knowledge of data analytics, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI techniques and tools
• A solid understanding of forensic technology including Digital forensics and  eDiscovery
• Strong understanding of database technologies with proven capability in database programming languages such as MS SQL
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI
• Interest and exposure to Generative AI models prompt engineering and building Generative A workflows will be highly desirable
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel as required.

Desirable skills

• Knowledge of emerging AI technologies and their potential applications and risks
• The ability to tell a compelling story by structuring thoughts in a way that is engaging and easy to follow
• Experience in developing and delivering AI solutions using cloud-based platforms
• Experience in agile project management methodologies
• Experience in data visualization and storytelling, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#. MS Visual Studio
