Job Description:

Summary:

The SCCM Administrator will be responsible for daily operations in the SCCM environment. Experience troubleshooting agent health issues, managing Windows Updates, creating/deploying/troubleshooting application deployments via SCCM is required. A willingness to seek out and solve issues is a critical requirement for this role. The position will collaborate with all business units and IT departments to assist them in streamlining processes and assist in issue resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day SCCM Administration
  • Responsible for packaging software installs for deployment
  • Responsible for filing, seeking approval, and executing changes
  • Expected to monitor and resolve issues with SCCM environment
  • Expected to monitor and resolve issues that occur in the general server environment
  • Close assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Continually seeks ways to improve services, including automating tasks
  • Participate in on call support

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience managing SCCM in an enterprise environment
  • Strong knowledge of windows update troubleshooting and processes
  • Experience creating applications for deployment in SCCM
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Able to self-manage and complete tasks with minimal oversight
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex issues
  • Strong knowledge of industry standard IT processes and procedures including ITIL standards

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Active Directory management
  • Experience with VMware ESX
  • Experience with ServiceNow
