As a Customer Engineer (Security) at Concentrix you will leverage your expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft Security solutions. You will work on securing privileged access, implementing Entra ID Connect, and configuring servers. The role also involves supporting Microsoft Purview Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, Privileged Access Management, and other compliance tools. Your contributions will help clients implement Zero Trust strategies and strengthen their security frameworks.

You Will:

  • Secure privileged access, implement Entra ID Connect & configure servers
  • Support Microsoft Purview Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, Privileged Access Management and other compliance tools.
  • Interface and support customers to implement Zero Trust strategies & strengthen their security frameworks.
  • Deliver educational training to customers, as needed.

You Have:

  • 4-8 years of technical knowledge and experience in relevant fields to include the following:
    • Active Directory, ADFS, PKI, MIM, Security, Entra ID.
    • Active Directory Securing Privileged Access, Entra ID Connect, Servers setup and upgrades.
    • On-Prem Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services.
    • Microsoft Entra ID Business to Business (B2B).
    • Microsoft Entra ID with Zero Trust experience.
    • Microsoft Purview Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, Privileged Access Management, Audit, Compliance Manager, and eDiscovery.
  • Fluency in both French and English is preferred
  • Proven ability to work independently with strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Comfort in presenting complex information to clients and influencing decisions effectively.

Salary:

The on-target earnings range is $91,457- $137,186, which includes a base salary and incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies. ​The deadline to apply for this position is December 16, 2024.
