Join us at Epiq as we seek a meticulous and energetic Court Monitor (Operator) to bolster our collaboration with the Supreme Court of Singapore. Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mic tests to ensure the seamless recording of proceedings.
  • Methodically record, monitor, and generate log sheets for court hearings.
  • Vigilantly oversee court proceedings utilizing a variety of recording systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date daily reports and provide adept administrative support as required.
  • Foster effective collaboration with court personnel in relation to monitored hearings.
  • Provide adept technical support for hearing setup whenever necessary.
  • Fulfil Sunday duties and occasionally extend availability beyond 6 pm on an ad hoc basis.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Holders of O-level or ITE Diplomas are preferred.
  • Possess strong proficiency in English and computer skills, with a knack for IT.
  • Master good typing speed with high accuracy
  • Demonstrate exceptional listening skills with acute attention to detail and quality.
  • Exhibit the capability to multitask efficiently and think critically under pressure.
  • Display a willingness to embrace last-minute assignments with enthusiasm.
  • Maintain a collaborative mindset, readily offering assistance to team members as needed.
  • On-the-job training will be provided to ensure proficiency in role requirements.
