Consultant II (M365)

• Provide full scope of proactive administration, maintenance, management, configuration and daily operations services for O365 environments.
• Provide proactive monitoring for O365 environments. This includes for example performance and security monitoring.
• Provide day to day incident and service request support for O365 environments. This includes for example responding to incidents and providing troubleshooting to resolve them; and responding to service requests, evaluating them and following up to completion.
• Provide leadership with O365 monitoring, administration, maintenance, management, configuration, daily operations, continuous improvement and problem management
• Manage O365 compliance requirements (for example: Antivirus, Antispam, Threat Management, DLP, eDiscovery & Hold).
• Create and maintain RunBooks (for example: daily operations guides, troubleshooting instructions and knowledge articles)
• Create and maintain reports (for example: user activity, licensing and security reports)
• Perform and manage Microsoft Support escalations
• Guide and train Level1 teams and operational teams with O365.
• Coordinate efforts and communicate with other teams, for example: internal, customer and vendor/3rd party.
• Support hybrid Exchange environments, including providing guidance and troubleshooting OnPrem Exchange migrations to O365 Online
• Participate in sales calls, identify opportunities, support proposal efforts, and support business development managers.

We are looking for a seasoned resource with at least 10 years on IT experience and 7 years of experience in the below work loads.
One has to cover these below
1.  Active Directory / Azure AD
2.  Exchange On-Prem
3.  Exchange Online
4.  SharePoint Online\OneDrive
5.  Intune
6.  MS Teams
7.  Should have hands-On Migrations experience.

One should know these 5 and they should be a master of at least 4 of them.
