Recruiting and Staffing Associate (Remote)

KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking a remote Recruiting and Staffing Associate for an exciting new opportunity. 

The Recruiting and Staffing Associate will play a critical role in the day-to-day functions of the Managed Review department. The primary goals of this position are to provide support to the team as needed in order to ensure projects launch smoothly, to address administrative issues that arise during live projects, and to assist with the various hand-offs between Managed Review and Human Resources.

Remote, work from home opportunity. 

India compensation is based upon the local competitive market.

Responsibilities 

• Provide support to the Recruiting and Staffing team to ensure smooth launches with the overall goal of creating a positive experience for our clients and our employees.
• Execute established processes and procedures to ensure adequacy of onboarding for new hires. 
• Work closely with Recruiting and Staffing Specialists to ensure timely job board postings for all locations as needed.
• Ensure all project new hires have completed onboarding paperwork prior to start date. Depending on project start times, this may include some evening and weekend hours.
• Liaise with the various Universities and College Career Advisors to develop a pipeline of recent Graduate for the non-attorney and entry attorney pools.
• Assist recruiters with conducting availability checks to our veteran candidate population for upcoming projects.
• Perform administrative tasks relating to the employment needs of our documents reviewers before, during, and after projects.
• Ensure documentation required by our Human Resources team are accurately and properly executed meeting all agreed upon deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Word required.
• Must be deadline-driven, results-oriented and organized with solid understanding of the impact of this role within the larger strategic objectives and business outcomes of the department.
• Must be able to balance strong teamwork and collaboration skills with independent thinking.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Demonstrated teamwork mentality and willingness to help where needed to support the overall success of the department.
• Advanced ability to handle multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with team members and cross-functionally within the organization.
