Position Summary: A Queue Manager (QM) is a Senior Process Engineer (SPE) responsible for the acceptance and assignment of work orders as well as regular communications regarding the status of work progress. The QM acts as an internal point of contact for the DDS team and an external point of contact for the Client Services (CS) and Forensics (FOR) teams regarding project status. QM may be a shift supervisor who assists with the hiring, training, supervising, and
mentoring Data Analyst (DA) employees. The QM ensures that all in progress operations are properly handed off from one working shift or group to the next.
Essential Job Duties:
- Interpret job requirements and plan accordingly to ensure created output meets specifications (includes scoping, resource provisioning, process platform selection, compliance testing and Quality Control)
- Critical thinking to ensure the proper workflow and tools are being used to meet specifications
- Review and accept, modify, or reject all work order requests within the agreed upon time frames
- Maintain communications within DDS divisions regarding work order priority and deadlines
- Maintain communications with Client Services and Forensics teams regarding work order status,
benchmarks, exceptions, and issues encountered while work orders are in progress
- Ensure all work orders are tracking towards expected completion
- Strong communication skills and ability to ask questions, provide feedback and status updates
- Strong writing skills to properly document the process
- Strong communication skills to effectively train others to follow the process and create similar results
- Team management β Overseeing team operations and provide technical guidance. This includes delegating electronic discovery tasks, setting deadlines, and establishing operational goals. Also includes monitoring team performance, motivating team members to perform at the highest level, as well as discovering team members training needs and providing coaching. This also includes troubleshooting technical obstacles and under-performing system configurations encountered by team members.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of forensic investigation, electronic discovery, or litigation support management experience
- 5+ years of experience with Relativity or Nuix.
- Must exhibit strong technical writing skills, have ability to analyze information, communicate processes, and exhibit excellent follow-up skills.
- Work as part of a multi-functional team, with proven team player experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and able to multi-task and prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines.
- Technology savvy with processing experience in Relativity, NUIX, LAW, FTK or other relevant technology.
- Willingness to learn with flexibility in schedule

Education & Experience Preferred:
- Bachelorβs degree in business, information systems, mathematics, statistics, economics, or other relevant degree.
- Relativity or relevant SME certification or experience equivalent required
