Project Managers are the primary point of contact for our clients from project initiation through to closeout. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that projects are carried out to the best possible standards, within relevant timelines, at an acceptable cost and in line with overall company objectives, while meeting client requirements for deliverables.  They are responsible for setting and meeting client expectations and communicating project progress to all the stakeholders in the project – the client, sales, and the operations team.


Remote, work from home opportunity.  Monday through Friday, regular business hours.


Responsibilities



  • Provide exceptional service.

  • Work with sales to help plan projects and ensure they are scoped in a cost-effective manner.

  • Attend transition/kick-off calls.

  • Oversee status calls with clients and internal resources.

  • Take responsibility for all aspects of an individual project once the contract is agreed.

  • Deliver projects on time and to budget, and to client satisfaction.

  • Provide pricing input related to any project requirements.

  • Provide project specific reporting as required by the client and internal stakeholders.

  • Develop relationships with appropriate client representatives.

  • Work with the Project Office Team to ensure that project documentation is maintained.

  • Ensure that project knowledge is shared with other members of the team.

  • Ensure all project financials are appropriately managed, forecasted, and invoiced.

  • Essential Function: Provide complete and timely communications to KLDiscovery clients ensuring that at all levels of the client organisation, the project status is understood.

  • Desired Result: Client expectations are understood by KLDiscovery and the client has an appropriate understanding of project status and futures.

  • Essential Function: Provide appropriate work direction to all internal KLDiscovery personnel assigned to execute the project.

  • Desired Result: KLDiscovery staff can deliver projects which meet or exceed client expectations.

  • Essential Function: Act as a liaison between internal KLDiscovery personnel and KLDiscovery’s client to facilitate successful project completion.

  • Desired Result: Information is accurately communicated in a manner that each party can understand.

  • Essential Function: Facilitate project meetings and internal communication between KLDiscovery staff to ensure projects are completed correctly and on time.

  • Desired Result: Takes ownership and ensures timely completion of action items to maintain project schedule.

  • Essential Function: Carry out all appropriate processes and procedures to ensure correct forecasting of revenue and invoicing of client project.

  • Desired Result: Correct financial forecast and invoices are made to the appropriate stakeholders.


Experience



  • Degree or equivalent qualification preferred. 

  • Fluency in English and German are required.

  • Legal/industry knowledge or experience is essential. 

  • Hands on experience with an e-Discovery review platform, such as Relativity

  • Significant project management experience within Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) where this has involved extension and ongoing liaison (face to face, phone, and email) with external clients. 

  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Must have previous experience of facilitating meetings and following complex/detailed processes. 

  • High degree of interpersonal sensitivity to allow building of relationships with experienced, qualified staff and clients. 

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills – ability to communicate with individuals at all levels. 

  • Strong ability to work autonomously; identifies and presents solutions; confident decision-making ability. 

  • Strong attention to detail. 

  • Technical aptitude and financial appreciation. 

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Individual compensation will vary, although a reasonable estimate of the current annualized base pay range for this position is 60,000 to 80,000 EUR.
