This role involves analyzing data, supporting key technology solutions, and implementing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.<p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-size:18px"><b>Job Description</b></span></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><b>Vendor Management:</b><ul><li>Provide support in managing relationships with external vendors including onboarding, information updates, and configuration within systems of records.</li><li>Coordinate the capture of metrics surrounding vendor performance and consolidate feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.</li><li>Identify opportunities for cost savings and optimized selection of vendors.</li></ul></li><li><b>Technology Implementation:</b><ul><li>Support the implementation and management of legal technology solutions, such as eBilling and contract lifecycle management.</li><li>Participate in the evaluation and recommendation of emerging technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Champion innovation via the application of design-thinking and human-centered design principles.</li></ul></li><li><b>Data Analysis and Reporting:</b><ul><li>Collect and report on key metrics to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and identify trends.</li><li>Produce ad hoc reports for legal team members.</li></ul></li><li><b>Project Management:</b><ul><li>Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring of projects to ensure on time completion and budget adherence.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery against project scope and milestones.</li><li>Coordinate the identification and mitigation of project risks to ensure successful outcomes.</li></ul></li><li><b>Process Improvement:</b><ul><li>Identify areas for improvement within the legal department and assess potential options to streamline processes and enhance productivity.</li><li>Conduct process mapping and analysis activities to identify inefficiencies by partnering with Legal team members and internal Cushman and Wakefield groups.</li><li>Author and maintain departmental process maps.</li></ul></li><li><b>Training and Development:</b><ul><li>Provide training and support to legal staff on operational processes and technologies.</li><li>Oversee technology onboarding and refresher sessions.</li><li>Maintain knowledge resources and</li></ul></li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><b>Education:</b> BS degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.</li><li><b>Experience:</b> Minimum of 1-4 years of e-billing, business analyst or operations analyst experience with high customer service and strong software/tech skills (especially in Excel); prefer exposure in legal operations, innovation, and process improvement.</li></ul><p><b>Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in legal technology solutions including matter management / ebilling (Simple Legal), eDiscovery (e.g., Relativity), contract lifecycle management (e.g., ContractPod AI), and Microsoft Power Suite.</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Visio.</li><li>Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><br /><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><br /><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><br /><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><br /><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><br /><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><br /><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
