This role involves assisting internal investigation teams and legal departments within our company across the world by providing various end-to-end eDiscovery services such as data collection and document review. You will receive detailed training in departmental procedures that will ensure completeness, accuracy, and traceability of the work you perform in order to communicate with stakeholders and satisfy various evidentiary burdens of courts and regulators and comply with laws such as privacy laws.&nbsp;<br />This role is within Ericsson Group Security, a global security organization, and is based on site in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan. As a global company, English language fluency is essential to be able to perform this role.</p><p><br />Responsibilities will be but not limited to:&nbsp;<br />•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with the collection, processing, and presentation of digital evidence to stakeholders in internal investigation teams and legal departments.<br />•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with searching and filtering of processed electronic data and preparation of the data for review by various stakeholders.<br />•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Review electronic documents to determine relevancy of content as part of an internal investigation.<br />•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with the development and refinement of policies concerning responsibilities, procedures, and workflows for eDiscovery, including testing of new workflows for new technologies being implemented, such as automation of processes and generative AI.</p><p><br /><b>What you will do</b><br />•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Learn and follow defined procedures for the handling of digital evidence and how to understand the properties of the data, how to search the data and how to set up projects to review this data according to stakeholder request, and in compliance with applicable laws.<br />•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate closely with colleagues in Sweden and the United States in completing requests concerning digital evidence in an efficient but complete manner.<br />•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Clearly document all processes performed in a consistent manner to enable clear understanding of work performed so that stakeholders and colleagues can by fully informed regarding work performed at present and in the future.<br />•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Communicate clearly and accurately with stakeholders in various teams across the globe to understand their eDiscovery requests and inform regarding operations being performed.</p><p><br /><b>You will bring</b><br />•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Law<br />•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluency in English writing, reading, speaking, and listening.<br />•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;TOEIC Score above 800.<br />•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Detailed and accurate writing skills and record keeping.<br />•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Competent with using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.<br />•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A collaborative approach.<br />•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Interest to learn and adaptable to using new technologies including generative AI.<br />•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A strong work ethic and ability to respond to fast-moving issues across time zones.<br />•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work on-site in Yokohama.
