Our client is seeking an experienced Associate to join their Litigation business unit in Los Angeles, CA.
This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely a few days per week. Candidates must have 2-6+ years of commercial litigation practice experience and an active California Bar license.
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
- Experience working with e-discovery software
- Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comp:
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $140,000 - $170,000 annually, dependent on experience. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
