The Seattle City Attorney’s Office Civil Division is looking for an eDiscovery Manager/Strategic Advisor (SA2) to support its expanding eDiscovery Team. In this role, you will help manage a wide range of eDiscovery tools and workflows and will be tasked with handling sensitive data. While providing litigation support, you will interact with City attorneys, paralegals, client department litigation liaisons and personnel, Public Records Officers, paralegals, IT staff, outside counsel, and third-party vendors, ensuring that eDiscovery processes run smoothly. The eDiscovery Manager/Strategic Advisor oversees the execution of litigation support projects and is ultimately responsible for the quality and timeliness of each project.
Candidates must have a demonstrated ability to effectively organize and manage concurrent eDiscovery and document review projects. The eDiscovery Manager/Strategic Advisor should have experience in coaching, mentoring, counseling, and job training of internal clients. A successful candidate will be prepared to advise and support legal teams in the identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (“ESI”).
