Senior Solutions Architect – eDiscovery

Our client, a rapidly growing top e-discovery and software company, is seeking a Senior Solutions Architects to help drive revenue and sales through intelligent consulting and brand tool demonstrations. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for presenting technology and service demonstrations to high-end buyers and assisting with drafting RFP responses. The role requires domain expertise with knowledge of how a document review is managed and a technological understanding of the legal process. Ideal candidates will be high energy, ambitious, and fully dedicated to a fast-paced, rapidly growing culture. Experience with Cloud technology is highly desired.

Responsibilities:

  • Shadow experienced Solutions Architect and become familiar with the approach to supporting sales meetings and demos, responding to RFxs, and setting up and executing prospective client platform evaluations
  • Assists sales team in product demonstrations, helping to address client questions, provides relevant use cases, and shares technical and functional product insights
  • Takes a leadership role in articulating the difference from a technology and security perspective in customer-facing meetings
  • Works closely with key customer contacts in curating and executing well-structured evaluation plans, leads user trainings, responds to questions, and troubleshoots issues
  • Contributes to product roadmap meetings speaking to the initiatives and features that will best help grow client revenue
  • Be able to think critically and recommend improvements that may lead to the resolution of clients’ issues
  • Responds to RFx and security documents and develops internal resources to expedite future responses
  • Collaborates with sales team on presentations to optimize delivery and ensure accuracy

Requirements:

  • Works well in a small team and a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in supporting high velocity (<$50K), enterprise ($100K+), and strategic ($1MM+) sales opportunities
  • Demonstrated success in creating and delivering compelling presentations, information, and resources for clients
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and very well organized
  • Consistently show drive, grit, and commitment to growth
  • Several years of experience within the e-discovery field a strong plus
