Our client, a top law firm, is looking for an eDiscovery Project Manager. In this role, the Project Manager will manage and coordinate large-scale projects related to legal technology solutions by providing consultative and technical support and applying project management strategies to manage cases. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and methodical with great follow-through skills, experienced in providing end-to-end oversight of discovery matters, developing and managing relationships with internal teams, and serving as the primary client point of contact. This position requires an in-depth understanding of the litigation lifecycle and electronic discovery. Candidates must have the ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role, and candidates must sit in one of the following locations: Birmingham, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Huntsville, Jackson, Montgomery, Nashville, Tampa, and Washington, D.C.; RCA required.Â

Position Responsibilities:

- Providing end-to-end oversight of discovery matters and serving as primary client point of contact
- Providing expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables
- Creating and maintaining project schedules, including defining activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration, and associated resource requirements
- Â Developing and managing relationships with internal teams
- Â Defining, communicating, implementing, and monitoring quality standards on all project deliverables
- Planning and managing internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
- Serving as expert on company’s review platforms
- Forecasting, tracking, and managing project budgets and invoices
- Successfully overseeing multiple, concurrent projects
- Generating and distributing reporting metrics for processed requests on a regular basis
- Developing strong client relationships through collaborative, consultative service Position
Requirements and Desired Skills:
- Several years of experience in eDiscovery or legal industry
- Relativity Certified Administrator, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, however, a combination of relevant experience with an Associate’s degree or relevant technical certification(s) may be considered
- Understanding of FRCP and TN Rules of Civil Procedure relevant to eDiscovery
- Experience with ESI and electronic discovery
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
- Must be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and methodical and have great follow-through skills
- Must have the ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
