With a track record of excellence in managing complex eDiscovery projects, we are looking for an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to join our clients dynamic team of professionals. Position Overview:

As an eDiscovery Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of eDiscovery projects for our diverse client base. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive eDiscovery project management experience, including expertise with Nuix, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end eDiscovery projects, from scoping and planning to execution, review, and production.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with eDiscovery consultants, forensic analysts, and legal professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Oversee data collection, preservation, and processing activities, ensuring data integrity and chain of custody.
• Collaborate with technical teams to configure and maintain eDiscovery software, including Nuix, and other relevant tools.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and FRCP.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of best practices and workflows within the eDiscovery department.
• Provide training and guidance to junior project management and technical staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree or industry certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in eDiscovery project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Extensive experience with eDiscovery software and tools, with a strong preference for Nuix expertise.
• Thorough understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to eDiscovery.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CEDS) is a plus.
• Experience working in a vendor or consulting environment is preferred.
