ABOUT THE ROLE
As an experienced eDiscovery Consultant, you will be situated with their Litigation team where you be uniquely positioned within the firm to offer data services externally to clients and internally to other departments as well as offering core services to the Litigation team. The ability to provide professional and innovative eDiscovery services is a key part of the Litigation strategy going forward. The ability to combine our legal expertise with data-driven solutions to our clients is a compelling story to tell.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As an eDiscovery Consultant in a team of 14, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service, technical support and consultancy services to the Litigation practice and the wider practice groups. This role requires you to have a well-rounded experience of all areas of an eDiscovery service offering.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent customer-oriented service ethos and client relationship management experience –
- Advanced knowledge of the entire EDRM
- Experience with data processing tools such as Relativity or Nuix
- Experience with Relativity document review platform (Relativity Master preferred)
- Experience with Opus 2 Case Preparation solution
- Understanding of forensic data preservation tools and techniques
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail including working methodically.
- Flexibility with respect to assigned tasks and engagements due to changing deadlines, deliverables, and task priorities.
