Job Description:
- Support and maintain eDiscovery Program in collaboration with the Cyber Security Team.
- Working closely with Cyber Security and Legal Teams to perform the collection and preservation of electronically stored information (ESI) across a multiple data sources.
- Assistance with investigations and early case assessment using a variety of forensic tools.
- Support and leverage process efficiencies and overall defensibility of our eDiscovery process.
- Case management and evidence logging.
- Assist in keeping technical and process documentation up to date.
- Provide case management support including.
- Data collection tracking.
- Search term guidance and iterative applications.
- Management of collaboration between outside counsel, eDiscovery vendors, and internal legal teams.
- Administration of eDiscovery technologies including assisting in troubleshooting of technical issues.
- Collaborate with team paralegals to ensure timely issuance of legal holds, and other case tasks, including.
- Drafting and issuing of legal holds.
- Preparing and reviewing discovery responses.
- Drafting correspondence and subpoena responses.
- Work closely with eDiscovery vendors.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a law firm, eDiscovery vendor, managed service provider and/or in-house.
- Experience with eDiscovery processes, forensic data collections and evidence handling, including with FTK, Enterprise Vault, Axiom Magnet Cyber, o365 Compliance Center
- eDiscovery or Forensic certifications a plus.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and data life cycle management concepts (e.g. identity management, application access, encryption, etc.)
- Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment and uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality.
