About the Role
As the Product Operations Sr. Systems Engineer, you will deploy, upgrade, and maintain complex eDiscovery applications in high availability datacenters worldwide. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and adaptability to evolving business needs. The successful candidate will work independently and leverage strong troubleshooting skills to convey project deliverables and critical fixes in a timely manner.
What You’ll Do
- Support eDiscovery applications including Relativity and the Reveal suite.
- Assist FTI Customers with onsite and remote implementation of FTI products, including implementation, configuration, and testing.
- Perform upgrades, application tuning, and infrastructure changes.
- Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for eDiscovery products, mentor junior staff.
- Communicate with customers as required, keeping them informed of incident progress and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
- Participate in the team’s on-call rotation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Potential for regional and international travel – varies up to 30%.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience providing technical support of eDiscovery software platforms, preferably Relativity or Reveal.
- 5+ years of experience working in a 24/7/365, multi-tiered production environment.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
- Results oriented, innovative, proactive with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- COVID Vaccine required.
Preferred Skills
- eDiscovery vendor certification – Administrator or Expert preferred.
- Hosting experience in a major cloud provider – AWS or Azure preferred
- Scripting and/or automation experience.
- Ability to create and understand Microsoft SQL Server scripts and stored procedures.
- Windows Server Administration.
