About the Role:
The FTI Consulting UK Technology team is seeking to recruit an energetic, self-starting team player to join the London practice who is enthusiastic about playing a key role within the growth of our managed document review offering in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit managed review contractors for various projects, including:
    • Qualified Lawyers and Paralegals
    • Varying jurisdictions depending on project criteria
    • Varying languages depending on project criteria – including organisation of appropriate language testing as necessary
    • Varying specific background experience depending on project criteria
    • Keeping track of market rates for managed reviewer contractors with various skill sets or language abilities
  • Maintain and update managed review contractor database, including:
    • Contractor availability
    • Contractor specialized backgrounds and skills
  • Assist in operational on-boarding of managed review contractors, including:
    • Ensuring contractor paperwork has been signed and logged into project folder
    • Ensuring background checks completed satisfactorily
    • Setting up contractor system log-ins and building access cards
    • Coordinating send out of review materials for project start-up
    • Coordinating destruction of review materials for project close-out
  • Assist in checking managed review contractor invoices/timekeeping, including:
    • Checking contractor sign-in/sign-out sheets against timekeeping system and contractor invoices
    • Training new reviewers on use of the timekeeping system
  • Assist in operational tasks for the managed review centre:
    • Inventorying of IT rental equipment
    • Coordinating the ordering and return of IT rental equipment
    • Reviewing IT rental equipment invoices
    • Organising the ordering of various review centre supplies (pens, highlighters, notepads, etc.)

Education and Qualifications:
Educated to degree level or equivalent (desirable)

  • Experience of the full recruitment life cycle within document review projects
  • Knowledge of the legal and paralegal recruitment market
  • Proven experience in a recruitment co-ordination or advisory capacity
  • Experience in the legal or professional services industry
  • Knowledge of and literacy with Microsoft Office packages
