Full-service, mid-sized Seattle law firm is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney. The firm handles a wide array of commercial and IP disputes ranging from patent, trademark, and copyright infringement, contract discrepancies, trade secret theft, and licensing challenges.
In this role, you will be instrumental in handling a diverse range of complex IP issues by developing case strategy, drafting and arguing motions, handle and oversee discovery and document review, apply technical and legal knowledge to best represent our clients, and more.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $200,000. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; HSA with employer contribution; flexible paid time off; paid holidays; life and disability insurance; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with 3% employer contriution; ORCA card.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Intellectual Property Litigation.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution.
- Admission to the Washington State Bar.
- Technical background in software, computer science, electrical or mechanical areas.
- Excellent educational credentials, particularly in IP.
