As a Commercial Litigation Paralegal at this firm, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the legal team with your expertise in civil procedures, document analysis, and case organization.
Responsibilities:
– Civil Procedure Mastery: Apply your comprehensive knowledge of state and federal civil procedures to effectively navigate litigation processes.
– Document Review and Analysis: Carefully review and analyze business, financial, and case-related documents, contributing to the development of case strategies.
– Litigation Software Proficiency: Utilize your expertise in litigation support software (such as Concordance, Summation, Eclipse, iPro, etc.) to efficiently annotate, organize, and manage documents.
– Research and Writing: Leverage your strong writing and research skills to draft pleadings, discovery documents, and routine correspondence.
– Effective Communication: Communicate proficiently with a diverse range of individuals, fostering positive working relationships within and outside the firm.
– Autonomous Work: Demonstrate your ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of productivity and accuracy.
– Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with administrative staff, providing guidance and direction as needed.
– Problem-Solving: Anticipate attorney needs, identify challenges, and proactively offer innovative solutions.
– Organizational Excellence: Showcase your exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail while managing a substantial workload.
– Filing Systems Management: Employ your experience in maintaining both electronic and paper filing systems efficiently.

Compensation:
Our client is offering a competitive salary range of $60,000.00 to $70,000.00or above, commensurate with your level of experience and qualifications, bonus and fantastic benefits .

Qualifications:
We’re seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Paralegal.
– Proficiency in state and federal civil procedures.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to review complex business and financial documents.
– Familiarity with litigation support software, aiding in document organization.
– Excellent writing and research skills, evidenced by previous pleadings and correspondence.
– Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
-Proven track record of maintaining cooperative relationships and providing effective instruction.
– Autonomous work ethic with the capability to thrive under limited supervision.
– Adeptness in problem-solving and innovation.
– Impeccable organizational skills and the capacity to manage a high-volume workload.
– Experience in managing both electronic and paper filing systems.
– Previous exposure to arbitration, mediation, and trial preparation and attendance.
