Job Title: IP Litigation Paralegal (IP/ITC Experience a Plus)

Location: Washington, D.C. (hybrid schedule)

Position Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated IP Litigation Paralegals with experience in International Trade Commission (ITC) litigation to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in our Washington, D.C. office.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of IP litigation, including case management, discovery, trial preparation and attendance, and court filings
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to IP and ITC litigation matters
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Manage document review and e-discovery processes
• Prepare trial exhibits and assist with courtroom technology during hearings and trials
• Maintain case files and electronic databases in accordance with firm procedures
• Conduct Bluebook citation checking and ensure compliance with citation standards

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate
• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Experience with Intellectual Property and/or International Trade Commission (ITC) litigation preferred
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software, such as Westlaw and Relativity
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems

Compensation:

Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience, up to $135,000 annually plus bonus opportunity. Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
