The Product Management team is looking for a Product Operations Analyst Intern with strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills, and a strong desire to learn how product teams operate effectively at scale. You will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the enabling tools and processes that help our product team collect and organize product feedback, prioritize and plan what to build next, and ensure successful feature releases. You will also help support and improve the department-level operating rhythms including recurring meetings, reporting, and collaboration with other departments. A successful candidate must be energized by building great products, collaborating with a diverse range of partners, optimizing team processes, and deeply exploring data.
This position reports to the Senior Product Operations Analyst.
Your Role In Action:
Learn our feature launch process and collaborate with internal partners to help ensure successful releases
Learn, help administer, and provide expert guidance for our tooling for product feedback and roadmap management
Provide data-driven insights related to customer product feedback and sentiment
Learn how a large product management organization functions and interacts with the broader organization
Talk to product managers to better understand the dynamics and challenges of their role
Identify opportunities and help lead initiatives to make product team internal processes and cross-functional collaboration more efficient
Support product team operating cadence including request routing, coordinating high value content opportunities for department meetings, and maintaining high-quality internal process guidance and product roadmap presentation assets
Current student, pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, data analytics, or related area of study
Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in technology, data analytics, product management, or project management
Enthusiastic about optimizing and scaling organizational processes
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented, enthusiastic self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment
