As a Community Administrator at Relativity you will be responsible for working directly with customers on tickets that are related to Relativity’s community and learning programs as well as operating and updating Relativity’s Community site. The ideal candidate can work from 10:00 or 11:00 am to 6:00 or 7:00 pm. 


Role Responsibilities:


  • Responds to customer inquiries about learning programs (including trainings, certifications, and our Relativity Learning site)and Community programs 
  • Assists with contact management, including contact updates and organization (requiring attention to multiple ticket queues) 
  • Keeps the Relativity Community site updated with relevant news, updates, and events 
  • Establishes processes for intaking and responding to stakeholder requests for updates to the site 
  • Serves as a subject-matter expert (SME) for customer training materials relating to the Relativity Community and ensures training materials are up to date. 
  • Updates Knowledgebase articles and share information broadly with customers and colleagues 
  • Assists in establishing the process for site discussions, moderation, and customer/colleague engagement 
  • Researches and recommends programs around recognition for customers 
  • Establishes processes for enforcing Community use policies and may enforce those policies 



  • 2-3 years proven experience in a customer-facing role, responding to customer requests and inquiries 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field 
  • 2-3 years’ experience with Community site management, administration, or moderation 
  • Expertise in creating and adhering to operational processes 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills 
  • Advanced time management and organizational abilities 
  • Proficiency in common tools and applications (MS Office, Salesforce, Salesforce Community site administration or moderation) 
  • A growth mindset and desire to keep current with new tools and processes related to Community engagement and administration 
  • English proficiency of level C1 or higher 



  • Compensation Relativity is committed to competitive, fair and equitable compensation practices. 
  • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between 108,000 and 132,000PLN gross/year (Employment Contract). The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
