The Associate Project Manager is responsible for leading and providing support during the data intake, data processing, data loading, quality control and document production/export of a project lifecycle. This includes being a communication channel for the client as assigned by the Project Manager.
Reports to: Vice President of Operations
Responsibilities:
- Utilize industry standard tools to replicate data to the Proteus network.
- Maintain data tracking during intake, processing, data loading and production
- Load, process and search client data.
- Collaborate with internal team and as needed, clients, to ensure accuracy of project work and expectations.
- Work closely with internal team on streamlining processes.
- Create and maintain project assignment lists and provide project metrics as needed
- Troubleshoot data issues including researching software and/or techniques to solve problems.
- Assist internal team and clients in related duties as needed.
Knowledge and Previous Experience:
- Ability to maintain a sense of urgency while working on multiple tasks.
- Maintain the attention to detail necessary to complete required data tracking during project lifecycle.
- Ability to delegate project work as appropriate.
- Familiarity in utilizing the various functions and features of Relativity or Reveal.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, agile professional environment.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
- Prefer at least one Relativity/Reveal certification, and experience in using Technology Assisted Review, Machine Learning and/or other Artificial Intelligence on an e-Discovery project.
