Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and troubleshoot software installations. 
  • Troubleshoot, respond, and resolve software/hardware issues. 
  • Identify and diagnose bugs. Collaborate with the development team and customer to assist with resolution. 
  • Address and resolve support tickets from our ticketing system. 
  • Provide AWS (Amazon Web Services) and bare metal server provisioning, configuration, and network support. 

Skills:

  • Experience performing Linux security and administration. 
  • Strong experience with Java and Python programming languages. Some Bash scripting experience would also be preferable. 
  • Container deployment and management experience using Docker, docker-compose, and Kubernetes. 
  • Network administration experience; configuration network devices, security system management, and cybersecurity risk mitigation strategies. 
  • Highly motivated, self-direct and attentive to detail. 
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Maintain close collaboration with business and software product managers.
