In this role, you will partner with regional sales management and others in the creation of a high performing sales organization by building a strong sales operating model and cadence.  This role incorporates a broad scope of responsibilities across sales strategy, process & technology, analytics, financial reporting, policy creation and administration, and territory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement and work closely with sales management to improve sales process quality and remove bottlenecks in support of revenue growth and enabling our sales teams to be successful
  • Support regional sales leaders and finance on sales process, forecasting, and budgeting as well as preparation of analysis and reporting for meetings
  • Work closely with Marketing organization in planning, execution, and measurement of GTM selling efforts and campaigns
  • Oversee administration, optimization, configuration, training and adoption of enterprise business tools for the sales team, specifically Salesforce.com
  • Work closely with finance and others to provide relevant and timely Business Intelligence essential to key stakeholders including sales, marketing, and product
  • Ensures sales team have appropriate reporting, dashboards and analytics with accurate, real time data
  • Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs, quota setting and policies
  • Assist with stages of the sales cycle as needed to support the conversion of opportunities to sales
  • Ensure that the Inside Sales Team accurately update SFDC to track and manage sales leads and to present an up to date and comprehensive status of leads and opportunities
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive posture of the company

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5 years of experience within a Sales Operations leadership position preferably within a software and information technology industry
  • Proven track record of delivering sales process improvement
  • Significant knowledge of sales process, sales cadence and sales strategy
  • Proven track record of influencing decision making using a data-driven approach
  • Strong technology literacy with significant experience with Salesforce and other sales tools including Business Intelligence tools
  • Excellent communication skills- written / verbal / presentation
  • Strong capability around analytics and trend analysis to provide key business insights
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data for a variety of purposes including forecasting and presentation to senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes within given timeframes
