Key Responsibilities:  

  • Be APAC’s ‘go to’ person and ‘leading expert’ for all things eDiscovery within Nuix  and represent Nuix with customers, prospects, industry stakeholders and media in conjunction with the Global Head of Investigations
  • In partnership with the key internal eDiscovery SMEs, define strategies to enable Nuix to build, market and sell customer & channel friendly solutions to the Corporate market often in conjunction with partners
  • Develop and lead best practice for consultative, solution based GTM sales methodology and sales driven technical pre-sales consulting
  • Provide domain knowledge of corporate enterprise systems with an understanding of endpoint technology desirable.
  • Active participation in the Corporate Business Development process; work with sales and prospects to help define business needs – such as ROI, workflow, etc. expected to be a significant contributor on noteworthy or strategic deals
  • Proactively Develop and nurture additional channels to market
  • Attend relevant customer meetings as a thought leader, listen and provide insights and feedback to the business to translate customer needs and technology requirements
  • Determine marketing and product priorities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders from the global Leadership Team, product operations/development, marketing, sales, SMEs and SEs
  • Serve as the internal and external evangelist for the Nuix eDiscovery solutions / products
  • Active communication and collaboration with Global members to ensure alignment of eDiscovery within wider global business strategy
  • Develop and deliver a regular range of impactful Nuix commentary about the industry, where it should go and what it needs to do to become more efficient to deal with future challenges
  • Speak at industry and customer forums, publish regular blogs, byline articles and information papers. Develop and lead industry specific webinars and other expert forums
  • Support development of digital content, customer case studies and use cases, and leverage these with thoughtful commentary
  • Review and assist with development of Nuix product education and training
  • Be an active evangelist for Nuix’s Mission, Vision and Values – internally and externally

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record as a eDiscovery SME to enable multiple selling strategies and approaches to market
  • Possesses a proactive mentality
  • Enterprise and transactional application software sales experience
  • Superior influencing and negotiating skills
  • Experience working within or selling to corporate customers.
  • Excellent track record of coaching and developing a team to high performance
  • Proven role model and advocate for team/regional & organizational change/transformation
  • High level of honesty and integrity with a strong work ethic and proactive thought leadership
  • Excited and passionate about our Nuix story/mission/values
  • Commitment to work collaboratively and cross functionally
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, facilitation and presentation techniques
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with a focus on key priorities
  • Willingness to travel
