The Nuix eDiscovery System Administrator (SA) is a dedicated resource assigned to a named account. The SA will provide case administration on the Nuix Discover platform along with the development of custom solutions enabling the clients’ successful use of Nuix Discover. 

Work will be delivered both remotely and onsite at the clients’ office.  Some travel may be required.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Primary responsibility will be to act as a Nuix Discover expert and trusted advisor to Nuix Discover clients.
  • Provide onsite and remote e-discovery product use assistance to the Nuix Discover user and administrator community.
  • Deliver Nuix Discover administration services, including permission and access management, case creation and configuration, ESI processing and data import, and, export and production generation.
  • Draft client-facing documentation related to Nuix Discover administration process documentation, such as data intake tracking reports, ESI processing specifications, template case configuration, production specifications, and output requirements.
  • Act as a client advocate within the Nuix Discover organization, sharing feedback (customer requirements, product use, and enhancement requests) with Nuix Discover product management and development.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Previous experience in case administration with Nuix Discover or other litigation support or e-discovery software applications.
  • An understanding of the EDRM lifecycle focused on eDiscovery Processing and Review Standards.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and client-facing skills. 
  • Proven ability to quickly learn all aspects of software products.
  • Highly organized to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, yet flexible enough to respond quickly to critical issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-organizationally.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and meet planned deadlines.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of any document review management application like Nuix Discover, Concordance, IPRO, Relativity or Summation.
  • Expertise in Nuix Discover, Concordance or other load file formats.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering e-discovery services.
  • 5+ years of experience in litigation support or related legal area.
  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience required.
