What we need:
Do you believe that revenue is the lifeblood of a SaaS company? Do you dream about creating training programs that successfully onboard new hires and designing ongoing education programs that make the proverbial “Revenue Engine”? If so, we want to talk to you! As a critical addition to the GTM team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the training needed to optimize the team’s success while building the infrastructure to support our unprecedented growth. This is the first role of its kind at Logikcull: the chance to create an enablement program from the ground up for SDRs, Sales and Customer Success.
Who you’ll work with:
You will report to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations, Steven Newman, and work closely with our CRO, VP of Marketing and VP of Success to support the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing team
What you’ll do:
Develop, execute and assess impactful and measurable training programs that will increase sales onboarding, overall performance and productivity.
Develop and implement measures to impact our sales team’s ramp time and quota attainment.
Determine opportunities for improving the sales learning experience and identify innovative techniques for delivery.
Organize and maintain the internal learning library and make enhancements as needed.
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to develop the quarterly roadmap and rollout of new sales collateral and assets.
Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the GTM team, and then design program enhancements to fill in those gaps.
Ensure alignment of sales enablement activities with key internal and external events, such as new product releases.
Partner with Marketing to regularly document and reinforce key ICPs, buyer personas and journeys, competitive intelligence, and target markets across the organization.
What we’re looking for (you!):
3+ years experience in sales, supporting a sales team or department as a specialist, trainer, or team manager.
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to lead enablement programs that decrease rep ramp times & increase quota attainment.
Experience building a sales enablement playbook from scratch for a < 20 person B2B SaaS org with a land-and-expand sales motion.
Experience rolling up your sleeves, personally owning projects and systems, executing tasks, and problem-solving at a detailed level.
Experience participating in the selection and implementation/deployment of technologies to be used by go-to-market teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage sales competency models and learning paths that enable quota attainment.
Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free environment
