You will own a strategic portfolio of accounts and help to shape the customer experience as we continue to scale.
Who you’ll work with:
You’ll be working with a strong, distributed CSM team and reporting to the VP of Customer Success.
What you’ll do:
Drive business value to a variety of stakeholders from leadership to individual contributors.
Navigate complex organizational structures to establish relationships and influence stakeholders
Ensure adoption of Logikcull’s product line by monitoring trends and executing on playbooks
Identify expansion and upsell opportunities and engaging with sales to close
Drive renewal process
Develop a deep understanding of Logikcull’s technology and eDiscovery to help create best practices.
What we’re looking for (you!):
Experience managing a portfolio of Enterprise customers with a total ARR above $3M
5+ years of client-facing experience, onboarding, training, and driving adoption within a SaaS software company
Proven track record of Net Retention above 120%
Experience identifying upsell opportunities and engaging with sales to close
Exceptional presentation skills with a Director or C-Level audience
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders from the practitioner to executive level at large Fortune 1000 accounts
Ability to work from home in a distraction-free environment with a stable internet connection.
