As an early adopter of cutting-edge eDiscovery technology and methodologies, the Firm’s Global eDiscovery Services team plays a crucial role in providing strategic services to our disputes lawyers and clients. Collaborating with other talented professionals, you’ll be immersed in an open and collaborative culture that values recognition and professional growth.
As an eDiscovery project manager at NRF, you will support all phases of the eDiscovery lifecycle. This includes leveraging sophisticated eDiscovery workflows and technology assisted review (TAR) processes. This role is well-suited for an eDiscovery professional who thrives on substantive interactions with key stakeholders who provide consultative guidance throughout the process. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with disputes lawyers, clients and colleagues to implement and deliver high quality eDiscovery solutions from collection through review and production
- Assist lawyers to develop effective data culling and filtering strategies through the use of search term calibration processes, data analytics, and TAR
- Provide case management solutions for eDiscovery projects, including design and implementation of review workflows across various review platforms as appropriate
- Support document review projects and generate and analyze daily productivity metrics
- Collaborate with and assist in mentoring the team’s project analysts

This position is full-time remote and can therefore be located in any city where we have a US office. Flexibility to come to the office for trainings or meetings is required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum three years of eDiscovery project management and technology experience
- Experience with Brainspace preferred
- Proven and demonstrable dedication to work product quality and client service
- Strong grasp and knowledge of eDiscovery and litigation technology, continuous active learning and TAR methodologies
- Familiarity with search term application and related reporting methodologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects with quality results
- Willingness to provide after hours and weekend support as necessary
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently with limited supervision
- Ability to delegate tasks to a project analyst while maintaining responsibility for the deliverables
- Ability to work effectively under rigorous deadlines in high-pressure situations
- Ability to exercise good judgment in sensitive or stressful situations
- Excellent analytical, problem identification and resolution skills
- Ability to measure and anticipate time, costs and risks associated with project tasks
