KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking an eDiscovery Analyst (Night Shift).
The position manages incoming eDiscovery processing requests for data as it relates to pending/potential litigation, investigations, and various other types of matters. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are adequately handled, tracked, and responded to in an efficient and accurate manner. This position requires a wide array of technical competencies as it relates from basic computer use through minimal scripting.
Second Shift: Saturday – Wednesday 1 PM – 10 PM local time
Remote, work from home opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Process data requests. Consistently update and track request tasks using proprietary and COTS software
- Coordinate efforts between various internal business units to complete data processing requirements
- Ensure that processing requirements are met as determined by both the customer, project manager(s), and operations management
- Assist in developing, documenting, and refining necessary procedures to accomplish discovery process requirements
- Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects with similar deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with direct management, team, internal and external clients
- Conversion of images and data to client specified formats
- Business problem-solving skills and judgment necessary to analyze, troubleshoot, and problem-solve issues and provide proposed solutions
- QC/QA of finished work product
- Upload finished work product to client facing databases
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent (some college preferred, but not required)
- Required to speak English
- Proficient in the use of Text Editor Applications, MS Excel and like Office productivity applications
- Working knowledge of Windows operating system
- Must be experienced with designing and maintaining spreadsheets
- Must be self-motivated, yet willing to work in a team environment
- Creative problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A keen level of attention to detail
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to provide customer service and support to internal and external contacts
- Available for weekend rotations (every 3 weeks) and overtime, as needed
- All employees are required to satisfactorily complete a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Litigation Support Application Experience (Digital Reef, Nuix, LAW, Concordance, Summation, Relativity, Clearwell, IPRO, etc.)
- General understanding of (Robo/Rich) copy tools, batch (or PowerShell) scripting, and Active Directory
- Some experience with scripting or database languages (SQL, VB, Access)
- Experience trouble shooting applications and communicating results to support teams
- Experience in the litigation support industry vendor/law firm

Individual compensation will vary, although a reasonable estimate of the current annualized base pay range for this position is €20,000 to €30,000.
