About the team
The Corporate Systems team in Worldpay is responsible for the design, build and operation of the digital workplace environment serving Worldpay colleagues globally. This includes physical, virtual and cloud desktop platforms, our corporate apps store and software deployment , collaboration platforms and messaging, Active Directory, Intune, mobile and end-user support services. The team is relentlessly focused on delivering a great experience to clients, driving innovation, value and simplicity in all the services we deliver.
What you will be doing
- Administration and technical support for the Microsoft 365 environment, including O365, Azure, Viva, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Teams, PowerBI, Fabric, Copilot. Drive, define and develop process improvements for the use of modernization, collaboration, and other cloud solutions.
What you bring:
- Strong knowledge of M365 Platform, Azure, Viva, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
- Ability to advise on technical best practices and efficiencies with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions through optimization and automation using the Power Platform.
- Ability to evaluate business needs and deliver solutions using OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Azure and other M365 collaboration/automation tools.
- Experience designing and developing secure M365 offerings utilizing some or all of: SharePoint Framework, Web Part development, solution packaging, C#, SharePoint Object Model, SharePoint App Model.
- Knowledge of Authorization & Authentication in Microsoft hybrid environment and experience with Azure AD including Single Sign On (SSO) and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, to further enhance the look and feel and boost functionality within SharePoint when using these methods.
- Strong documentation and oral communication skills to clearly communicate solutions, governance, development standards and practices with all levels of users.
- Knowledge of M365 technical architecture and the inter dependencies with other enterprise services in O365/Azure technology stack.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as work collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must exhibit an independent interest in the use of new technologies, tools, and professional development.
Added bonus if you have:
- Minimum 5 years dedicated experience supporting, designing, or developing SharePoint solutions.
- Ability to develop PowerShell scripts to automate the administration of M365 and SharePoint.
- Advanced debugging skills to also be able to debug system-wide technical problems.
- Experience with application monitoring tools, investigating, and resolving SharePoint performance issues.
- Experience with on-premises Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Hybrid deployments.
- Implementation of advanced functions of M365 Security and Compliance center.
- Basic knowledge of M365 licensing, features, and policy.
- Hands-on experience consuming Web Services and extension of JavaScript/jQuery libraries using SOAP, REST, JSON.
- Experience with search administration, search configuration, user profile service, site design, site creation, audit log, eDiscovery.
