The Opportunity
Herbert Smith Freehills is looking for a senior Corporate Lawyer or Senior Associate to join its market leading NewLaw division, Alternative Legal Services (ALT), as a Legal Manager, based in Melbourne or Sydney. Come join a high performing team:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
4+ years of corporate / M&A experience, excellent technical skills, and an interest in joining a team that is at the forefront of legal innovation, technology and efficiency.

Our ALT team works in partnership with other HSF teams to introduce new ways of working and have developed a range of products and services to drive efficiencies (leveraging legal technology and process) for both our clients and HSF – including across large scale due diligence and implementation projects, commercial legal managed services (including commercial contract reviews), technology assisted document review and regulatory notice support, eDiscovery, and data managed services.
