Guidehouse is recruiting Oracle APEX developers to be a part of our fast-growing litigation and investigation support practice. Every organization today faces complexity across multiple levels on a frequent basis. Join our team supporting the Department of Justice and guide our customers through the complexities associated with data proliferation and the growing technical and legal challenges of eDiscovery.
The Oracle APEX developer will serve as the principal developer of Legal Analysis Workflow System (LAWS), which is used to track incoming cases and projects. In this role the developer is responsible for the design and coding of Oracle APEX applications, performing routine Operations and Maintenance (O&M), and incorporating new capabilities into the LAWS application, such as upgrading user interfaces, improved scheduling and reporting features, and the development of custom workflows, while liaising with other divisions to ensure coordination and problem resolution. In this role, the developer is responsible for providing end-user support, including developing support documentation and training. The Oracle APEX Developer continuously reviews the business logic of the applications for consistency not only when new requirements are added but to confirm that existing features continue to meet the need of the stakeholders.
What you Will Need:

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance

Bachelors Degree -OR- FOUR (4) years of relevant information technology experience in lieu of degree
-
THREE (3) or more years of experience in Oracle 11G or newer
-
THREE (3) or more years of hands-on experience in development using Oracle Application Express (APEX)
-
THREE (3) or more years of experience in Procedural Language extension to Structured Query Language (PL/SQL)
-
Experience with designing, debugging, coding and maintaining Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HTML, JavaScript, Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX) code
What Would be Nice To Have:

Experience with designing, debugging, coding and maintaining reports using BI Publisher

Demonstrated ability to collect and document requirements using SharePoint or any Microsoft Office 365 application
-
Experience in designing, debugging, coding and maintaining data definition language (DDL) for Oracle 11G database and Oracle APEX application
-
Strong communication skills
-
Ability to work in a team environment and have strong interpersonal skills
The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
