Job Description:
The Senior Consultant, Advanced Technologies, Case Insights is responsible for service delivery involving data assessment, analysis and reduction; as well as conducting substantive investigations and preparing findings reports. The Senior Consultant will manage engagements from start to finish; including investigations where review as part of a litigation for production is imminent, accelerated or requires post-production insights. The Senior Consultant regularly meets with clients to understand their goals and offers a solution-oriented blueprint for achieving their goals, using technology, AI, analytics, search terms and advanced workflows. The Senior Consultant delivers actionable insights and results to clients. They work as part of the Case Insights team and may oversee Analysts and Associate Consultants as needed to load balance and meet deadlines. Depending on project needs, it may be necessary for the Senior Consultant to work with Client Services to ensure overall project success as well as coordinating/collaborating with internal resources, including Sales, Operations, Managed Review, Advanced Technologies, and Information Technology. The must be able to deliver on multiple projects concurrently.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients and understand client objectives/problems
- Solve problems
- Execute complex workflows in various platforms such as Relativity, Reveal AI (NexLP), and Brainspace (and others), as well as proprietary tools
- Validate workflows for defensibility
- Oversee delivery for assigned Case Insights projects, manage and meet all deadlines
- Perform and participate in sales presentations as needed
- Develop subject matter expertise
- Mentor and train and oversee Analysts and Associate Consultants
- Track project wins, successes and goals and report regularly
- Independently scope and execute new matters

Required and Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree, such as JD or MBA, preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of client services experience in an eDiscovery capacity
- General experience with Relativity review platform (certification preferred)
- Familiarity with analytics tools used to reduce data volumes and organize data for review (certification preferred)
- Understanding of AI application to eDiscovery workflows
- Prompt engineering experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Skill for synthesizing complex solutions to simplified explanations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Excellent issue spotting and problem-solving
- Willingness to go above and beyond client expectations
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability and willingness to assist outside of normal business hours, as needed
- Ability and willingness to write clear and concise reports
- Understanding of litigation and discovery
Nice to Have:
- Advanced knowledge or education related to AI
- Data Science background
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in SQL

The Compensation range for this role is 105,711.30 – 211,422.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s location, skills, experience and qualifications.
