Job Description:
SUMMARY
Epiq is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to build, manage and execute upon email campaigns for a global law firm. The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage end-to-end campaign production, including email creation, audience segmentation, landing page development, as well as reporting on KPIs and success metrics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for the planning, execution and measurement of email marketing campaigns and landing page development
- Ability to build and send emails in email service platforms (Vuture-preferred), as well as to create, edit and post content on landing pages within a website content management system (Sitecore-preferred)
- Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies for email list building and optimization
- Proficiency in email reporting, providing user training and support, supporting email policies and best practices
- Assess and recommend strategies to increase conversion rate optimization and conduct A/B testing to improve KPIs: reduce unsubscribe rates, hard bounce and soft bounce rates; and increase open and click-through rates
- Ability to work with internal stakeholders to develop email and landing page content to align with brand strategy and guidelines
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a minimum of three years’ experience in an email marketing role utilizing various email service platforms (Vuture-preferred), as well as building landing pages within content management systems (Sitecore-preferred)
- Ability to work within tight turnaround times while still applying the highest level of quality assurance to each project
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot, etc. is a plus
The Compensation range for this role is 63,156.00 – 76,156.00 USD Annual and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s location, skills, experience and qualifications.
