Job Description:

Job Summary:

Seeking a hands-on technology leader to manage the full lifecycle of a new IT process automation platform, with a strong background in process engineering, software engineering, API management, and cloud services.

Responsibilities:

· Work closely with legacy operations partners to optimize process models.

· Design and develop a software product for automated request management and orchestrated process execution.

· Enable orchestrated, automated task actions that encapsulate scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Ruby, Shell, etc.

· Manage integration, queuing of requests, task execution, and ensure security of all aspects of solutions.

· Automate virtual machine provisioning and manage resource-management integrations.

· Build and lead the product team, manage changes and versioning, and implement CI/CD pipelines.

· Employ Agile methodology and identify opportunities for integrating next-generation technologies.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

· Proven experience in a similar role with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong software engineering skills with Microsoft development products and substantial experience with the Azure platform.

· PowerShell expertise and the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

The Compensation range for this role is 139,802.40 – 279,604.80 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s location, skills, experience and qualifications.
