WHAT WE OFFER

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Exchange Online Architect (m/f/d) who has in-depth knowledge of Exchange Online architecture and operations. If you have a high level of technical expertise, strong problem solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, then you are perfect for this position. As a Microsoft Exchange Online Operations Architect (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the planning, implementation and operation of Exchange Online solutions. Your tasks will also include

• You will take care of the development of architecture concepts for Exchange Online environments with a focus on operational topics including archiving and retention solutions, DLP, compliance solutions, eDiscovery

• You will ensure the stable operation of the Office 365-based email environment including security functions

• The further development and automation of operational topics through AI support or automation tools in cooperation with service providers, as well as the implementation of compliance measures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards in Exchange Online environments is also part of your tasks

• You will support the legal departments in conducting eDiscovery requests in Exchange Online environments, including searching, securing and providing relevant data

• Setting up and managing group or shared mailboxes in Exchange Online environments to improve collaboration and communication within teams and consulting and coordinating with the application areas in the app registration process in Azure and for access to Exchange Online services completes your job profile

WHAT YOU OFFER

• You have a university degree in IT or a related field of study, coupled with relevant professional experience in Exchange Online or comparable email solutions

• You have proven experience in the development and implementation of Exchange Online architectures

• You have very good knowledge of Exchange Online, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center, PowerShell, SMTP, email protocols and standards

• You have knowledge of Azure to deploy and manage Exchange Online services in the Azure cloud

• You have very good written and spoken English skills (working in an English-speaking team)

• Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills, high customer and service orientation as well as flexibility, initiative and a sense of responsibility complete your job profile
