Job Function Summary
Â
The APAC Business Ethics Audit and Investigations Manager will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the development and implementation of Coloplast’s Business Ethics audit and investigations program in collaboration with stakeholders
- Conducting financial, operational and compliance audits in line with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations, primarily in APAC region
- Performing end-to-end investigations into reported misconduct in APAC region in line with company guidelines and professional best practices
- Identifying gaps and risks, providing effective recommendations for process & control improvements based on root causes identified, and monitoring the implementation of management follow up actions
- Close cross-functional cooperation with internal stakeholders (e.g. Legal, HR, Finance), the management and coordination of external advisors
- Providing regular and ad hoc summary reports to the management on audit and investigation activities.
- Developing and delivering training to raise awareness of internal controls, business integrity, and fraud prevention across the region
- Supporting other departmental initiatives related to business ethics, audit and investigations
- Promoting ethical behavior and supporting Coloplast’s business ethics programs across the region

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance/accounting, business administration, auditing, legal or similar
- 7+ years of relevant audit and investigation experience with a corporate company or accounting/consulting firm
- A relevant professional certification (e.g. CFE, CIA) is highly desirable
- Good understanding of audit principles, internal controls and risk management frameworksÂ
- Proven track record of leading and conducting audits/investigations in a multicultural environment
- Strong analytical skills to correctly interpret complicated situations and provide clear, effective and actionable recommendations for the management
- Solid report-writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and fact-based deliverables
- Skilled at visually conveying complex information and processes in a clear and straightforward way
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.) and other reporting tools.
- Knowledge of data analysis methods, SAP and eDiscovery tools is preferred
- Considerable project management and self-leadership skills, competence to set milestones and to deliver on time with high quality under limited managerial oversight
- Comfortable working and learning both independently and as part of a global team
- Forensic mindset with a healthy dose of professional skepticism enabling effective assessment of evidence, detection of inconsistencies, and identification of potential risks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability and experience to build trust and relationships at all levels in the organizationÂ
- Ability to travel internationally on occasion
- Business fluent in both English and Mandarin
