The Opportunity:
- This position presents a great opportunity for someone to add to their technical eDiscovery experience and work on large, complex cases.
- This is a hybrid position requiring in office work 1-2 days per week in our Alexandria, Virginia office.
- On the job training will be provided on a variety of litigation support applications with much of the work in Relativity. You will be exposed to data in various forms and learn to manipulate large data sets as they progress through complex workflows.

Responsibilities:
- Works primarily with the Relativity platform. Will have a System Administrator role within the instance.
- Consults with case teams to create custom analysis and review workflows to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
- Acts as the eDiscovery subject matter expert on several large, federal government litigation support contracts supporting all phases of the EDRM.
- Deploys and oversees Structured Analytics, Conceptual Analytics, and Active Learning projects to facilitate review and analysis workflows.
- Deploys and oversees third party applications such as Blackout and Veritone to enhance platform capabilities.
- Assists with applications development and testing.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) Certification.
- Undergraduate Degree.
- Subject matter expertise and experience including the following: at least 5 years of eDiscovery experience performing tasks such as Electronic Files Processing (EFP), image file and data conversion, data culling, including use of review tools, quality assurance, database loads and retrieval, and forensic analysis.
- 12-15 years of related technical experience such as IT, software development, helpdesk, technical training, and general litigation support; 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience.
- Proficiency in a wide range of technologies and substantive knowledge as to eDiscovery industry “best practices” including an understanding of multiple tools and processes associated with large scale complex eDiscovery response.
- Must possess detailed planning and organizational skills and have a thorough understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), especially data collection, review, analytics, and production.
- Must possess solid, broad knowledge of Information Technology infrastructures including networks and other sources of data.
Desired:
- Relativity Analytics Specialist Certification in addition to RCA.
- Coursework in technical disciplines (programming/scripting, systems administration, and database management).
- Ability to work cooperatively within and across teams and workstreams.
- Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and quickly.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills are a plus. Problems and issues faced are numerous and undefined, resolutions often entail detailed information gathering, analysis, and investigation to understand the problem.
- Experience with SQL, Powershell, MS Office Suite, and imaging applications such as Adobe, Irfanview, etc.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$77,200 – $162,200
