Whether it be a timely follow up on a request for information, a cold call, or an expo booth visit, the Sales team is often the first point of interactions for prospective Everlaw clients and the team strives to make those conversations memorable and impactful. Sales focuses on delivering excellence through every step of an organization’s diligence of improving litigation and discovery workflows, employing genuine curiosity in discovery calls, conducting highly tailored demonstrations and presentations, and curating compelling proofs of value to ensure that our new customers can come on board with a clear path to achieving success. In your role, you’ll…
Go through the rigorous Everlaw onboarding process, including deep immersion into the Everlaw company and platform, emerging with expert-level knowledge of who we are, and how our technology differentiates us in this competitive and vibrant space.
Partner closely with Everlaw’s Sales, Solutions Architect, Value Engineering and Customer Success teams to take a leading role driving awareness, adoption, and success with defensible AI-driven ediscovery workflows, in addition to pioneering new and innovative analytics approaches. These will be challenging and technically complex conversations with Everlaw’s corporate, law firm, and government clients, with you serving as a subject matter expert capable of communicating with stakeholders at all levels of these organizations as it relates to Everlaw’s AI/ML features and their application (up to and including participating in meet and confers, or providing expert testimony).
Assume a “thought leader” position in the company and our industry, frequently speaking on webinars and panels, and contributing to blog posts and white-papers around the current and future state of legal technology automation.
Work with Everlaw’s Product and Engineering teams, contributing R&D and first hand knowledge and insights to help us build AI/ML features and models that will meet and exceed the AI requirements of the legal organizations of the future
While this will be considered an individual contributor role, the ideal candidate will function as a de facto leader, both within the company and externally in the ediscovery/legal technology industries. This role will allow for and encourage freedom, experimentation, and a high degree of creative thinking/problem solving.
You have at least 8 years experience in AI/ML strategy, data science and their application to the technical pain points impacting ediscovery workflows/legal teams.
You have expert level knowledge of AI/ML, statistics, workflow design, best practices, and defensibility/validation. You have first hand experience/conversational familiarity with a variety of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as Latent Semantic Analysis, Support Vector Machine, Natural Language Processing, Neural Networks, Ensemble methods, and Bayesian methods. An advanced degree in statistics, data science, or a related field is highly desirable.
You have exemplary communication skills, capable of connecting with our clients who will consist of attorneys, IT and information security professionals, etc., with strong in-bound listening skills and strong outbound communication skills, both verbal and written.
You have a track record of informing business decisions and steering growth with data. You have experience defining and tracking key metrics and using those consistently across the business.
