Job Description:

Client Account Management

  • Provide efficient project management of TMX projects as allocated.
  • Be the primary client contact on allocated projects and coordinate the collection of project requirements
  • Ensure all project requirements are defined and understood by the relevant teams (Evidence Handling, Ops, resourcing and production teams), that they are briefed on priority projects and updated on special instructions from the clients or business development teams
  • Maintain accurate audit trails for complex projects, creating and maintaining project folders for each project accordingly, recording TMX progress in Epiq Service
  • Ensure restricted and confidential matters are treated with the appropriate care and data checked for storage requirements
  • Manage and quality check all stages of a project to ensure high levels of customer service throughout using Epiq Service tool where required
  • Deliver working procedures and systems to ensure consistent and effective service
  • Visit projects and ensure regular communication with clients throughout the assignment
  • Able to troubleshoot and deal with client queries and complaints
  • Work with the leadership to ensure key performance indicators are met

Deliver Excellent Client Service

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to both allocated and non-allocated accounts
  • Ensure high standards of service are provided to clients, reporters and other departments at all times
  • Conduct client training sessions
  • Advise clients on best service offering
  • Ensure business services are maximised and up sell where possible
  • Understand the billing and monthly targets, in order to maintain a focus on budget
  • Monitor and report on credits
  • Ensure projects are resourced in the most cost efficient manner and highlight any projects not attaining margin
  • Ensure standard operating protocols are followed and updated with best practise
  • Work with the TMX delivery team to ensure that best practise is updated regularly and feedback collated on all projects.
  • Work with the client team to ensure all projects and clients are fully supported
  • Provide out of hours emergency contact for clients and/or depositions, when required

Business Development

  • Maximise revenue for all projects
  • Be proactive in developing and implementing initiatives to grow the business
  • Monitor costs and implement cost saving initiatives
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relations, ensuring repeat business
  • Liaise with the sales team with regard to key client accounts and the management of priority projects
  • Maintain client feedback data to generate clear and accurate analysis of client satisfaction levels and problem service areas
