Elevate is recruiting for MIS Specialist for our eDDR Document Review Team, as a MIS Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the business unit in their On-Shore temp employee projects, including document review and data breach.

Specifically, the MIS specialist will:

  • Create and maintain regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) that summarize key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Gather data from various sources and ensure its accuracy and completeness
  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform management decisions.
  • Develop ad hoc reports as requested by stakeholders to address specific business questions.
  • Design and develop dashboards and visualizations to present data in an easily understandable format.
  • Maintain and update trackers in SharePoint to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Work closely with various teams to understand their reporting needs and provide relevant data insights.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve reporting processes and tools.

Skills for success:

  • Good with Excel and able to cross-check time entries across multiple platforms
  • Handle a high volume of email traffic from temporary employees and internal support functions.
  • Work with internal functions to streamline processes for the project management team.
  • Keep good reporting and tracking on hours worked, days worked, batches assigned, workflows, and throughput.
  • Use internal HR platforms to raise requests for new hires, salary changes, and offboarding.
  • Like the sound of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Experience.

  • 1-2 years' experience working in a MIS role.
  • Have excellent communication skills and can work with cross-functional management teams and temporary reviewers.
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Must be able to work within very quick turnaround times while juggling multiple responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
