Key Requirements:

– Law Degree. 
– Working proficiency in English. 
– Experience in Banking & Finance, Commercial Contracting, Real Estate or Dispute Resolution within a law  firm or in-house role. 
– Candidates with all levels of expertise will be considered (junior, middle, senior).

– Provide support to the team in the region in the day to day      unning of a wide range of projects and matters. 
– Be trusted to execute delegated elements of matters. 
– Understand and contribute to the delivery of exceptional      client service.  
– Have enthusiasm to challenge, innovate and think differently  to continually improve the quality and breadth of the services.
– Help to ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in  full compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and      internal policies. 
Perform due diligence, contract review, document review and  other tasks according to the project’s current needs.
